From the happiest country in the world to the heart of innovation

Pia Hytonen grew up in Finland and today calls Austin home. Over 25+ years in leadership, well-being, communication and marketing she has learned one thing above all: people do their best work when they feel well, feel heard and feel part of something.

That belief is the whole business. It shows up in how she leads a workshop, how she opens a keynote, and how she introduces a Finnish founder to the right Texan partner.
